  1. SYLLABUS AND ENTRY FEES ARE POSTED ON THE FESTIVAL WEBSITE IN NOVEMBER FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR
  2. ALL EMAIL CONTACTS ON OUR MAILING LIST WILL BE NOTIFIED WHEN THE SYLLABUS (THIS DOCUMENT) IS PUBLISHED
  3. ALL ENTRIES FOR 2021 WILL BE MADE BY POST OR EMAIL
  4. TO REGISTER AN INTEREST, USE THE FORM ON THIS WEBSITE (PRIVATE ENTRIES MUST BE SUPPORTED BY A NOTE FROM AN ACCREDITED DANCE TEACHER)
  5. DATE OF BIRTH MUST BE ENTERED FOR EACH COMPETITOR
  6. CLASS AGE IS AS AT 1st SEPTEMBER OF THE YEAR PRECEDING THE FESTIVAL IN DUETS, TRIOS, QUARTETS AND GROUPS
  7. THE AGE OF THE OLDEST COMPETITOR DETERMINES THE CLASS AND FEE
  8. NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED BEFORE 15th JANUARY
  9. PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO REGULAR PARTICIPANTS OF THE FESTIVAL
  10. CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES IS 15th FEBRUARY​ OR BEFORE IF MAXIMUM DANCE TIME IS REACHED
  11. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED
  12. PAYMENT FOR ENTRY FEES IS BY CHEQUE PAYABLE TO SOUTHAMPTON STAGE DANCE FESTIVAL OR BY BANK TRANSFER TO ACCOUNT 70854131 AT SORT CODE 20-79-25 (PLEASE ATTACH REFERENCE TO CLEARLY IDENTIFY YOUR SCHOOL)
  13. SUCCESSFUL ENTRIES WILL BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY A CHECKLIST PLEASE ENSURE THAT WE HAVE CORRECTLY ENTERED NAMES, DATES OF BIRTH AND CLASSES
  14. NO PROGRAMME CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 1ST MARCH
